As a Program Manager with MENTOR Oregon you’ll be one of those special people.   For The MENTOR Network the Program Manager is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do here every day.   To that end, the Program Manager role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization. MENTOR Oregon is seeking a Program Manager to manage the day to day operations, service delivery, and development of services for a program or multiple programs.  Program Managers manage assigned staff and monitors and analyzes program budget and expenses, and recommends action as appropriate.  The Program Manager also develops and maintains close relationships with funding sources, regulatory bodies and agencies; and collaborates on the development of recruitment goals and provides oversight on the selection and contracting of mentors.
Qualifications: Requirements:

  • Masters degree in human services strongly preferred plus five to seven years of related experience, including a minimum of three years or related administrative/management experience
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
