Program Supervisors are a critical link to the community for those we serve, as well as serving as a bridge between our direct care and clinical staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services to the individuals we support.

REM Ohio is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. Program Supervisors facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling and oversight.
REM Ohio, Inc , a service provider to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking a Program Supervisor to support our programs in northwestern Ohio. The ideal applicant will demonstrate above average organizational skills, work a flexible schedule and adapt to everyday changing needs.
This integral position will serve as a leader in the entire area, working with persons receiving services, staff and supervisors at all levels. This supervisor will oversee and complete billing and assure deadlines are met.
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years related work experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services
- Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
- Supervisory experience preferred
