This position is responsible for direct contribution to various tasks and projects that help achieve the mission of the labs. This role will include working with large variety of internal and external team members, organization skills, attention to detail, adaptability in a fast paced environment, and a true team spirit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitate key aspects of technical operations planning

  • Execute and track of various activities and processes

  • Support and manage technical tracking and planning documentation

  • Determine and track time frames, procedures for accomplishing internal OL projects

  • Manage internal OL projects and ensure they are completed on time and within scope

  • Serve as a technical liaison for working with partners during the onboarding process

  • Review pertinent data and facts to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned

  • Assist with scheduling internal and external meetings

  • Other responsibilities as business needs dictate


  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of Project Coordination experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit slides)  and Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, work within tables) Microsoft SharePoint (make and edit entries) Microsoft Word (create correspondence)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in project teams

  • 2+years’ experience in a support role in either an administrative or project coordination capacity

  • Technical experience in an Active Directory environment

  • Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL training

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

  • A fast learner who can pivot between tasks quickly and be a flexible thinker
