The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. The Operations Group is responsible for key functions critical to achieving Wells Fargo's Vision and Values. Operations provides foundational banking services for many businesses across the enterprise. From protecting customers from fraud to assisting bankers with opening new deposit accounts, from enabling companies to wire funds to processing millions of transactions accurately and timely each day, the critical work our team does creates the experience customers have with Wells Fargo. This role requires procedure and processing knowledge for all areas including IRA, Product Open, Analytics, Document Management, Deposit Document Review, Beneficiary Services, Account Maintenance, Balance Confirmation Services, Exception Payments, IOTLA/RETA, Interest Reporting, Elder Financial Abuse, Court blocked accounts and Funeral Trusts.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with performing quality reviews and ensuring control procedures are followed; identify, research, resolve and report all discrepancies related to claims, procedural issues, and quality data transmissions.
  • May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs.
  • May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting and business documentation.

WORK SCHEDULE:
CST: 11:00AM TO 7:30PM
PST: 9:00AM TO 5:30PM

***Schedule possibly subject to change Daylight Savings Time for coverage until 7:30 central
***Work schedule subject to change according to business need.
***Ability to work overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of clerical experience including basic quantitative functions and research experience

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

OR-Portland: Min: $31,200 Mid: $39,000
SD-Sioux Falls: Min: $31,200 Mid: $35,100
AZ-Tempe: Min: $31,200 Mid: $39,000
