Description

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.   

  • Provide front desk reception and administrative support to our office which includes booking conference rooms for meetings, preparing correspondences, ordering lunch for meetings, etc. 
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Coordinate building maintenance and office equipment
  • Greet visitors and provide friendly customer service

 


Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Administrative experience a plus
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
