Summary of Position:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring the productivity of high volume recruiters within the retail, electronic and wireless industry. Located in our beautiful Coral Gables offices, this person must be able to analyze recruiters' daily activities and coach them for success. Candidate must have social media, sourcing and cold calling expertise. Strong data and analytics expertise. Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
