The primary purpose of the Regional MDS Coordinator is to maintaint / process MDS Data, resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines.

As a Regional MDS Coordinator you will:

  • Provide ongoing education
  • Assist the MDS Coordinator as required
  • Up date MDS manual as necessary
  • Travel required to vaious facilities

Job Requirements

Regional MDS Coordinator must be:

  • RN Candidate
  • Regional experience preferred
  • 2-3 years MDS experience
  • Posses Leadership and supervisory ability
