Purpose of Your Job Position

As a ConsulateHealth Care Regional Recruiter , youare entrusted with the responsibility of caring for our residents, families, co-workers, visitors and all others; as well as demonstrating in all interactions, Consulate Health Care’s five core values of Compassion, Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Passion. The primary purpose of your position is to be a strategic partner with Operations and Human Resources in the development, implementation and management of Recruitment initiatives. You are entrusted to provide innovative recruiting efforts for the roles, regions and areas you support with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results *.*

Job Functions

Your responsibilities will include ensuring full cycle recruitment is performed on all of the positions you support, keeping Hiring Managers, Operations and Regional Directors of Employee Relations up to date on all recruitment efforts, assist with the training of new hiring managers on recruitment strategies to achieve business plan objectives. You will lead the recruiting efforts for the roles, regions and areas you support in partnership with Operations. Ensuring proactive partnership with operations and HR to meet or exceed business plan objectives. Assist in the analysis of staffing mix and open positions and provide operations with recruitment and/ or staffing alternatives to meet business plan objectives. Develop area specific and non-traditional recruitment strategies for healthcare professionals to achieve hiring goals within budget expectations (direct mail, classifieds, employee referral, University Recruitment, relocation recruitment, etc.). Evaluate and assist in the elimination of Interim or any temporary staffing. Partner with the Regional Director of Employee Relations to identify and problem-solve recruiting/retention obstacles in the areas of turnover, market conditions, management challenges and specific issues. Ensure all job seekers and applicants are timely and properly recorded/dispositioned within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure requisitions activity is compliant with OFCCP guidelines.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Completion of Bachelors Degree or 4 years equivalent related professional experience in recruitment, human resources, or personnel
  • Require six (6) years experience as a recruiter
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in Healthcare recruiting
  • Must be able to meet deadlines under stressful conditions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have a willingness to work fluctuating and flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
  • Must have experience in the development and training of recruitment and hiring practices
  • Must be able to communicate timely and effectively with corporate and field management
  • Ability to travel is required
  • Must possess computer skills of the types and at a level necessary to accomplish the job
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
  • Good oral, phone, and written communications skills
  • Ability to recruit healthcare professionals with minimum supervision
