WFEF provides a full spectrum of financing and lease options for customers’ equipment and capital expenditure requirements through Wells Fargo business, commercial and corporate banking channels, relationships with equipment manufacturers, dealers, distributors and direct to market. WFEF has industry financing specialists dedicated to Healthcare, Construction, Energy, Commercial and Specialty Vehicles, Marine, Rail, Aircraft, and Vendor Financing Programs.

Remarketing Support Rep will facilitate end of lease returns and repossessions, including coding all end of lease or recovered assets correctly with accurate asset details. They will also support front end booking team with collateral information within target turnaround times, maintain accounts payable for third party suppliers by requesting invoice payments and following up with payment details as needed, process resale data information through review and data entry, instruct cash applications team to apply funds to designated assets, and verify cash was applied correctly.

Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leasing asset experience or a combination of the following: 2+ years of financial industry experience with 1+ year of leasing asset experience
