Retail Merchandising Specialist
Minimum of one year experience in retail and in-depth merchandising to include electronics and consumer product goods
Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or GED
- Responsible for presenting a professional image of Premium Retail Services and our clients to retail personnel
- Prepare for all store calls by reviewing instructions ahead of time and bringing required materials to each service call
- Merchandise products and promotional materials, assemble and troubleshoot displays, perform audits and various other service-related activities
- Ensure compliance and objectives are completed per client and management expectations
- Utilize smartphone, mobile device or company-issued tablet to report all work accurately while in the store and submit service order data and photos on the date service was completed
- Develop relationships with the store management and personnel
- Complete necessary training programs and certifications
- Act as a team lead on resets and distribution center projects
- Communicate best practices, issues and successes to the Retail Market Manager
- Identify additional opportunities to help demonstrate a strong return on investment for the store and our clients
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Must be able to adhere to a work schedule that may include week days, evenings and weekends
- Dress code of khaki slacks, polo or collared shirt, matching belt, and closed toe shoes
- Must have a tablet, smartphone, home computer, printer, and internet access
- Capable of delivering all required materials and paperwork to store visits as necessary
- As part of our standard of excellence, background checks are required and some projects also require a drug test
- Complete and pass all required client certification tests
- Ability to read and utilize a planogram and retailer systems (SPARC, VOLT, LILO)
- Reliable transportation to get to and from assignments
