Retention Operations Supervisor, DSNP - Telecommute within NYC, AZ, NC or WI

Position will lead the National Member Retention operations team consisting of four regional coordinators. Ultimately, this position is responsible for coordinating with local health plans on scheduling impactful and proactive member retention and community outreach events; including market selection, salesforce.com reporting, development of proactive call campaigns, national call team campaign scheduling, call outcome reporting and appropriate member retention reporting.

 

This position will generate myriad of retention reports including, call campaign outcomes, membership retention tracking, retention by ethnicity / language, etc. Position will be liaison between local health plan, marketing and member retention team.  Position will also include critical thinking and rapid deployment of member retention strategies with local health plans.

 

Position will manage four Retention Coordinators (Grade 24) who are responsible for the day - to - day retention events coordination process with community outreach teams. This team will be responsible for the daily support of the local member retention event function and / or call campaign and coordination with appropriate national call team. Goal of position is to maximize attendance at local event and drive efficiency through standardized process with national member retention call teams.

 

The Retention Operations Supervisor position will also be responsible for strategizing and communicating with appropriate growth team managers, retention team, sales team, growth operations and health plan leaders. The Retention Operations Supervisor position will support the department’s Health Risk Assessment and House Calls required reporting with appropriate Stars Rating and quality teams.  Will also be point of contact for additional retention call initiatives.

 

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute within AZ/NYC/WI or NC as you take on some tough challenges.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates work activities with other supervisors

  • Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and / or customers (internal or external)

  • Has good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with health plans

  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work in matrix organization in collaborative way

  • Experience in Salesforce.com

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree (or higher)

  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead position with account management

  • 2+ years of data analytics experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word (creating documents), Microsoft Excel (filtering / sorting spreadsheets, creating tables), Microsoft PowerPoint (creating presentations), and Microsoft Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce.com experience

  • Bilingual fluency
