The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.

Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach.

Job description:
This position serves as project manager, writer, and editor on assigned Treasury Management products and proposals. We seek a detail oriented writer and communicator. This role has a high degree of accountability and responsibility.
The RFP Specialist must:
• Write and edit content for RFP and proposal databases.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, product managers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders throughout the organization to source, develop, and edit content used in RFPs and proposals.
• Understand customer/prospect strategic drivers and create compelling messages to highlight Wells Fargo as the best in class provider.
• Develop RFP content using appropriate creative and editorial style guides while ensuring clarity and consistency of brand message, and Wells Fargo voice.
• Present information with compelling graphics whenever possible.
• Understand and incorporate the Wells Fargo Wholesale communication strategy.
• Manage a number of RFP content projects simultaneously; document the process, report status, resolve problems, and recommend solutions.
• Lead complex cross-function projects that require agreement among partners with competing objectives.

Nights and weekends may be required

• Proven results developing complex charts, graphs, tables, and moderate maps according to brand standards, while offering a consultative approach and multiple solutions
• Experience updating templates, color palettes, or instructions for project types or procedures.
• Desktop publishing experience

• Experience in presentation design and/or print design
• Graphic Design experience
• Proposal writing experience and/or 2 + years treasury management experience
• Extremely high level of organization, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional time management skills required
• Experience creating customer facing materials
• Ability to work independently while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress
• Strong writing, editing, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills
• BS/BA degree higher
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of written communications development experience
