Williamsburg Landing seeks a Full-Time RN Field Nurse for our Home Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN Field Nurse as Williamsburg Landing Home Health has an overall lower census and lower nurse to patient ratio, with an emphasis on quality of service. The RN Field Nurse is responsible for initial assessments, OASIS, and documentation per Medicare guidelines. This position collaborates with other team members to ensure positive outcomes for patients. Supervises LPNs and Home Health Aides and rotates on call responsibilities. Current unencumbered Commonwealth of Virginia RN license and valid driver's license required. Three (3) years Home Care experience and working in senior living industry preferred; managerial experience helpful. The successful candidate must possess a sincere passion to work with seniors. Hours for this position includes days, evenings and weekends.
