Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement.

Trust Operations: Trust Operations (TOPS) supports front-office trust business lines of Wells Fargo by providing back-office processing support, focused on ensuring assets are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Securities Operations Service Specialist 3 performs a variety of operational tasks for highly complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require expert knowledge of unit functions and systems. Duties may include: differentiating, processing, and reconciling transactions; and performing a variety of balancing tasks; Able to handle critical production or escalation issues; Act as liaison to other internal departments, including technology groups and external sources; Provides department level reporting using multiple sources; Lead and/or participates in department projects; such as, taking on champion role, documenting, and perform the proper tests required to deploy applications into production. May define user requirements and contribute to production and workflow improvements; and create or revise departmental procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Knowledge of investment vehicles (Options, futures, swaps, alternative investments)
