Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Coordinator to ensure all new ideas are captured in our Intake Portal, including necessary information to further assess for feasibility
  • Work with Explore Ideas Process Owner to facilitate monthly meetings to determine which ideas move forward based on specific criteria and report accordingly
  • Contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with Clinical Directors (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document) for assigned projects
  • Work with Clinical Directors to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful small and large scale pilot / project execution
  • Work with Clinical Directors / key stakeholders to establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods
  • Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
  • May lead functional or segment teams or projects

This role will challenge your ability to work on complex projects where deadlines and scope shift frequently. You’ll need flexibility, agility and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in a highly cross-matrixed environment.


Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Clinical background in aging populations (medical or behavioral)
  • 6+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions
  • Previous experience communicating to clients / external constituents
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Advanced PowerPoint Skills
  • Clinical Innovation Experience
  • Large Scale Implementation (1000+ Members)
