The Senior Clinical Trainer will have the opportunity to affect the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 25 Organization. This individual will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise.  

  • Develops a cultural education program for providers ensuring key elements of cultural sensitivity and humility are infused throughout provider education and strategic projects.

  • Maintains and develops expertise in Behavioral Health evidence based practices

  • Develops collaborative relationships with providers, customers, and committees

  • Conducts training and education programs for providers, clinic staff, administrative departments, physician partners, and vendors as assigned

  • Participates in a team that designs, manages, and implements staff development, medical management, and clinical staff competency programs incorporating appropriate adult learning principles     

  • Leverages creativity and utilizes a wide variety of methods to present education and training programs

  • Provides strong coaching and mentoring to learners for specific behavior and skill development utilizing effective feedback and motivational support techniques     

  • Follows plan for professional development and actively seeks out opportunities to increase expertise in health care education and adult training programs     

  • Complies with approved corporate policies and procedures     

  • Provides excellent customer service     

  • Participates on committees, task forces, and / or work groups     

Required Qualifications:

  • BA / BS degree in related HR or training field

  • 4+ years of experience using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise

  • 4+ years of experience conducting classroom training and / or seminar / workshop topics  - Strong work ethic, independence, and dependability

  • Professional education or teaching experience and personal interest in diversity, inclusion and cultural sensitivity education and education philosophy


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of clinic experience

  • Masters level clinician

  • Experience in developing interactive education content using software e.g. Articulate Storyline and working with e-learning platforms or learner management systems e.g. Relias

  • Bilingual candidate
