Senior CRM Marketing Professional - Clinical Team

The Senior CRM Marketing Professional on the Clinical Stars Team will work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. We are looking for someone who can successfully work within a team to lead and develop member-centric, multi-channel campaigns that will engage members in their health and improve member health and deliver on quality outcomes.


This position will play a leading role consulting with our HCS Clinical and Retail Stars business partners to understand business goals; develop data-driven strategies to meet those objectives, lead the core team through flawless execution, and measure success, so we can continuously improve our efforts. In this role you will:

  • Develop data-driven member engagement strategies and lead through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing campaign management, including  planning, campaign messaging (scripts, letters, brochures, digital engagement, etc.), campaign execution, and results monitoring
  • Develop transformative and test & learn initiatives to deliver on an integrated member-centric engagement strategy
  • Build working relationships with business stakeholders and work with internal and external vendors and partners
  • Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment  to achieve business goals
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence
  • Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs.
  • Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in direct response marketing, digital marketing,  marketing operations or related field
  • Experience with consumer test-and-learn processes
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically with consumer experience design thinking
  • Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics, conducting tests, and applying insights to improve performance
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve business goals
  • Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/phone vendors
  • Strong consulting skills and experience managing medium to large scale projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of clinical concepts and conditions
  • Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment
  • Master’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
