Job Description

This Technology Manager position will be a critical role in the Enterprise Technology Core Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization. This position will be responsible for engineering functions of Core Services Common CRM services and teams. This leader will work with LOBs and CRM Technology managers to understand common solution and tools needs and develop them as vendor agnostic common components that can be shared across Wholesale and Consumer CRMs. This role will partner with Enterprise Architecture and vertically aligned technology teams to ensure that these CRM common solutions are developed with an enterprise lens to align with the long term goals of the CRM program and to ensure reusability and extensibility. This position will be responsible for managing all engineering and technical support activities including technical analysis, design, development, documentation and support for CRM platforms, solutions, SDLC tools and governance.

Additional Details:

  • Manage teams that will drive cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives as well as providing engineering and support for Salesforce platform and other CRM systems
  • Drive enterprise wide CRM technology initiatives affecting multiple teams and lines of business
  • Define and implement process improvements for the CRM application lifecycle.
  • Manage end to end effort related to SDLC Process, Safety & Soundness, Governance and application/environment Issue resolution.
  • Manage CRM applications used by multiple lines of businesses
  • Educate and communicate common CRM solutions to the application community
  • Maintain and support common utilities/tools/add-ons which are used by all application teams
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to reduce risk in CRM platforms and tools
  • Collaborate with other CRM technology leaders to create a cohesive lifecycle process to make development teams successful in CRM development and support.
  • Build partnerships across EIT and EGS, including working closely with leaders of associated technology projects, standards and processes
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for CRM platform and solutions and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.
Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technology experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience, in an IT environment
  • 3 + years of technology management experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 5+ years of .net experience

  • 3+ years of business continuity planning experience

  • 5+ years of financial industry experience
  • Ability to understand short and long term costs, benefits, and risks of technical solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Other Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience working directly or indirectly with EGS teams and senior management highly desired.
