Assist in all aspects of the company’s federal and state income tax compliance, financial reporting and planning function.
The Senior Income Tax Accountant is responsible for:
•Preparation of federal and state corporation and partnership income tax returns
•Assisting in preparation of quarterly estimates and extensions
•Assisting in the preparation of quarterly tax provisions
•Analyze and reconcile income tax accounts and return to provision
•Researching various tax issues and assist in tax planning projects
•Assisting with income tax audits
•Working closely with team members and assist others as needed
•Working closely with other Departments to obtain required information for tax needs and to provide tax information to meet the Departments needs as well
•May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Experience: 3 plus years of tax experience with a large public accounting firm or corporation
International tax experience a plus
Computer Skills: Excel, Work, tax preparation software and fixed asset accounting systems
Corptax experience a plus
