As part of our development team, you will predominantly be involved in building business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. You'll stretch your skills and grow your careers as a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with the established specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value. This is a unique development role where your skills will be used to make the systems stable, scalable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
  • Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems
  • Work and resolve critical issues as per need of the day
  • Able to quickly switch from the current task to any priority issue and provide support to resolve critical/priority issue with minimal guidance

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience as a Java software developer/engineer

  • 2 + years of hands on knowledge & experience of Query Optimization, Code Optimization and data optimization

  • 2 + years of experience with Shell Scripting

  • Agile experience

  • Ready to work in application support team which may require 24 X 7 support as needed

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Knowledge of Kanban

  • Experience with teams located in various locations

  • Health care industry experience

  • Service Management Tools experience (like Service Now, BSM, HP Perf Mgr, ALM, Clarity, etc.)

  • Experience with standard SDLC and quality processes

  • Experience in Operations and Maintenance preferably using ITIL methodology

  • CA Agile Central and PPM Optics tool experience
