We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our San Diego, California location responsible for the following: exhibiting a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software engineering foundations, such as memory management and low level performance; designing and working on n-tier architectures, including software as a service (SAAS); maintaining secure systems by following current HIPAA standards; designing, developing, and maintaining high performance and scalable .NET applications; leading software development projects that provide new or enhanced functionality for both internal and external customers; training and mentoring other technical personnel, providing feedback on code architecture, programming techniques and coding and unit code testing; and working with program management, QA and customer support groups.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and five years of related experience. Employer is willing to accept three- or four-year bachelor's degree.
- Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
- Qualified applicants are required to demonstrate programming skills through written assessments.
