  • Lead, direct and conduct enrollment meetings for new and renewing groups
  • Influence, demonstrate and train brokers and employer groups about UnitedHealthcare's online electronic services, tools and resources
  • Supports sales efforts targeted at potential new and renewal accounts
  • Generate reports for existing business
  • Participates in special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • State Life and Health Insurance License or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening skills 
  • Excellent group presentation and training skills 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of benefits 
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills 
  • Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within a designated area 
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish
  • Travel as required
  • Previous experience with Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability products
