Position Summary

Develop a Zero Incident Safety Culture by providing leadership for prevention and compliance processes to approximately 100 GetGo - Convenience locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct store safety prevention assessments and compliance audits to provide training and coaching to leadership teams.
  • Track, report and follow-up on completion of key Leading Indicator safety activities for all assigned locations.
  • Conduct training sessions with store leaders and department leader to address top safety risks and compliance concerns.
  • Lead the Safety Champion process by conducting monthly conference calls/webinars and annual training sessions
  • Provide a single point of contact for safety related questions and recommendations for the region
  • Review all incident reports and provide assistance in conducting investigations as required. Follow-up on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Provide regulatory assistance to assigned locations.
  • Provide support to assigned stores in emergency situations.
  • Lead Monday morning safety calls and attend Regional Leadership meetings to communicate critical safety topics.

  • Bachelors Degree Safety or Related Field
