Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Specialty Pharmacy Inside Sales Reps (6 - 10 direct reports)
  • Set clear expectations, deliver feedback and coaching, and drive strong and consistent accountability
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to exceed expectations
  • Daily interaction on the sales floor to provide ‘in - the - moment’ coaching,
  • Hold regular coaching conversations with each team member
  • Develop individuals for future growth
  • Leverage best practices
  • Report on team performance
  • Provide coverage for open field territories as needed
  • Ability to multi - task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or (higher)
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience with documented success
  • Team lead experience
  • Inside Sales / Telesales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time (US based travel)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce experience
  • Familiarity with Pharmacy or PBM
