We have the need to bring on an experience/senior OnePI development resource. This resource will be used to provide support by developing routines to harmonized Medicare and Medicaid claims data.
We are looking for a versatile consultant with good experience in systems development, enhancement, maintenance, and re-engineering. The resource must have a broad background in government healthcare IT, telecommunications, insurance industry applications on multiple platforms and operating systems. Should have the complete knowledge of System Development Life Cycles (SDLC) using various functional and technical design methodologies and products. The resource will be involved in requirements gathering, data modeling, data profiling, system architecture design, multi-platform system interaction, task estimation, source to target mapping, software component creation, team leadership and data warehouse construction and loading. The resource should have excellent client interface ability and adaptability to work at any level of effort required, from coding and production support to project management and client development.
The resource must be able to obtain security clearance for public trust at CMS.
The resource must have experience in systems development, data modeling, database design, data profiling, source to target mapping, team lead, system enhancement, maintenance, and re-engineering; Requirements gathering, functional design documentation, detail design, data analysis and software component construction.
- Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a senior developer on either the CMS OnePI Program or on the CMS IDR program.
- Teradata DBMS knowledge
- Skilled in developing with SQL in a Teradata environment.
- 4+ years of experience on the IDR system or OnePI Program at CMS
- Able to obtain security clearance for public trust at CMS.
- Skilled in developing with Teradata and associated Teradata utilities
- Familiar with processes and procedures in place at CMS
