Sr Telecommunications Analyst - MN, PA, CT, NJ or NC Office Locations

The Sr Telecommunications Analyst provides call center application support for Outbound Dialers, specifically Genesys and Avaya platforms, with a focus on a Genesys.

Responsibilities

  • Federal DNC Management-Including annual subscription renewal

  • Daily DNC file upload to Gryphon

  • Holiday/Emergency Alerts to Business Partners

  • Monthly UID Updates for Qfiniti Administrators

  • Executive Complaint Research

  • Monthly Avaya Billing

  • New Application Owner needs to be ID’d for the Avaya Agent program.

  • Someone needs to manage WO tickets coming in and route them through to Rally.

  • Be the SME for these Dialer Teams that need a little support from time to time.

  • Ad Hoc campaigns (potentially urgent)

  • Ongoing daily support of voice/data activities

  • Adapt as required by changing business needs, complete additional responsibilities as assigned


Required Experience:

  • Prior experience with inbound or outbound caller delivery programming on an CISCO, Avaya and/or Genesys platforms.

  • Prior experience with large to very large enterprise environments that include multiple site location.

Assets

  • Agile Methodology Trained
  • 3 years or more experience deploying and supporting Enterprise outbound dialer solutions
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with VOIP, IP networking and PBX systems.
