The Key Accounts Strategic Account Executive is accountable for renewing the customer business year over year. You will manage an assigned book of business and be accountable for customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish, cultivate and manage the customer relationship at multiple levels, serving as a health care consultant and trusted business advisor.

  • Take your health care knowledge and foster relationships with customers.

  • Take your people skills to the bottom line when you create the strategic retention and growth plan for each assigned customer and become an extension of the customer's business.

Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience within the Insurance industry
  • Negotiation/influence and collaboration with brokers and consultants
  • Messaging, positioning and presentation of information for customer impact and influence
  • Work management - identify a goal and the steps needed for accomplishment and proactively manage action steps to accomplish goal
  • Proficient business and financial acumen
  • Health/Life license


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience working with Underwriting
