- Support various departments
- Review, and analyze incoming life insurance applications for completeness
- Research and resolve internal and external customer issues
- Manage workload and Standard Level measurements
- Identify quality issues with quality review
- Provide escalations support
- Weekly, monthly reporting
- Frequent client facing
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement
- High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred but not required.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience
