The Security Control Center Supervisor shall be responsible for the motivation, direction and situational awareness of all direct reports. As the supervisor, he/she will be required to develop training materials; research tools related to the advancement of all members and be a catalyst of change if necessary.
All customer services tasks shall ultimately fall upon the supervisor to ensure timely responses are received. The SCC supervisor will serve as the liaison between the communications specialists and the SCC manager.
The SCC Supervisor is required to fulfill other related duties as assigned.
