Position Summary

Assist wholesale customers in placing orders, correcting billing errors, and problem solving.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist wholesale customers in placing orders, correcting billing errors, and problem solving.
  • Assist other clerks in the wholesale sales department as needed.
  • Issue customer credits accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Input retail prices for wholesale accounts.
  • Input, print, and distribute ad plans for assigned stores and/or groups.
  • Review all customer pricing, credits, and commitments for accuracy.
  • Assist in inputting ad pricing for wholesale customers.
  • Place commitments to buyers as requested by the wholesale customers.
  • Control mail and general information distribution to customers.

Education and Training Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Required

  • 6 months to 1 year
  • Working experience with MS Word and Excel.
