About The Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Bay Area Region that demonstrates the ability to provide recruiting and sourcing strategies of top industry talent. Recruiting is a vital aspect to Planned Companies’ operation and success. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator forms strategic partnerships with both the Recruiter and our Operations Team to find the best candidates in the fastest time. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will advise, guide and support the hiring managers by providing a level of organization and scheduled hiring events which will lead to detailed market intel and sources of labor across all business segments forming continuous pools of talent. This position requires a meticulous Recruitment Professional with a determined work ethic who can form partnerships with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives the recruiting activities, including, but not limited to, researching and sourcing candidates, interviewing and evaluating candidate fit, and facilitating the offer process
  • Partners with Operation Managers to gain thorough understanding of hiring needs
  • Develops and implements strategic recruitment plans for non-management positions
  • Manages new hire process by initiating and submitting forms for drug and background investigations; checks status, and follows-up with candidates and partners, as appropriate
  • Prepares offer letters and guides new hires through the onboarding platform
  • Coordinates internal and external job postings
  • Assists in developing and maintaining Recruiting policies, procedures, and other related materials
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested

Bilingual English and Spanish speaking, required

The position is 28 hours a week

  • 1-3 years HR experience, recruiting or onboarding focused
