The Team Leader will provide feedback, coaching and ongoing development of CSRs to meet client and corporate performance expectations. The position serves as a first line supervisor for up to 20 agents. The Team Leader may provide input into hiring decisions and performance appraisals but not necessarily make hiring decisions. The typical requirement is one to three years of experience in call center operations.
