The Technology Leadership Professional 2 is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Technology Leadership Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Technology Leadership Professional 2 works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

  • Resource will be responsible for analyzing day to day to issues and triaging to appropriate resources or teams
  • Follow up with Support teams to find the right way of handling problems/incidents
  • Responsible for delivery of a product within the agreed timelines and with quality
  • Will be part of team that delivers new functionalities
  • Will also look into budget aspects of the projects

               

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree 
  • 5 years of technical experience
  • Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure. (Knowledge of .Net related technologies, SQL, SDLC lifecycle of project and Scrum methodologies are desirable)
  • Experience with unit testing and mocking 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

    Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other Advanced Degree
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
  • Ability to drive and bring improvements to process & quality across the organization.
  • Strong understanding of impacts upstream and downstream
  • Knowledge of SDLC
