Telepsychiatry Customer Success Associate-Implementations

Genoa Telepsychiatry builds telepsychiatry programs that connect providers and community mental health centers to increase access to mental health care for rural Americans. We are a fast-growing New York-based team with strong opportunities for growth.


The Genoa Telepsychiatry Implementation Associate will assist Implementation Managers build these telepsychiatry programs.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Help build the clinical processes and policies of a telepsychiatry program by negotiating preferences between providers and clinic staff
  • Work with providers to obtain documents needed for telepsychiatry, including medical licenses, state and federal controlled substance registrations, etc.
  • Work with providers and clinic staff to facilitate the credentialing process; this includes facility credentialing and payor enrollment applications
  • Work with clinic staff and providers to install and configure the necessary technology requirements, and provide training to all users on the Genoa Telepsychiatry web platform
  • Evangelize the benefits of Genoa pharmacies to telepsychiatrists and clinic staff
  • Improve and refine our implementation process by proactively identifying inefficiencies and working with the Product Operations team to automate. Our team is focused on building scalable processes and increasing efficiency
  • Identify and help scope customer-facing product features with the Product team
  • Assist with as-needed strategic projects
  • Aspire to begin taking ownership and project managing full implementations

Educational or Skills Requirements:  

  • Hold at least a Bachelors degree (waived for exceptional candidates)
  • Client-facing experience preferred
