Telepsychiatry Director of Account Management

Under general supervision of the VP, Telepsychiatry Operations, The Telepsychiatry Director of Account Management will oversee all live clients.  Responsibilities include developing strategies and vision to create a best-in-class experience for our clinic and provider partners.  The Director will build and manage a team to execute on the strategy and vision.




  • Developing and executing on a long-term vision that builds meaningful company value-add beyond staffing, through clinical, financial, administrative, and operational services
  • Building and coaching a team to execute on the vision
  • Controlling and shaping a defined, consistent telepsychiatry experience across all clients
  • Build SME-level understanding of CMHC clinical workflows and operations
  • Oversee provider and clinic NPS
  • Continue to manage accounts (as-needed) to ensure satisfaction across all clients
  • Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships across all Genoa Telepsychiatry teams
  • Maintain team morale and culture



  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (waived for exceptional candidates)
  • Prior experience preferred in management consulting, startups or within high-growth business units
  • Customer Success experience strongly preferred; team-building and management experience required
