Coordinates travel arrangements for the employees of Texas Roadhouse.
•Responsible for booking travel--air, car and hotel through a GDS system for Texas Roadhouse employees, as well as using other software and vendor sites when needed
•Responsible for keeping detailed records of client travel
•Responsible for invoicing and processing bills related to travel
•Job related additional responsibilities may apply
•Assisting with Concur booking for travelers
•Hotel Negotiations for groups and meetings
•May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
•5 years Booking travel experience
•Basic knowledge of airline rules/regulations
•Customer Service experience a must
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and Excel, Worldspan, Outlook
