ABOUT THE JOB The User Experience Specialist makes the digital experience as easy and intuitive as possible for end users. This individual conducts user research, interviews, and surveys, and develops user experience insights to support the needed adaptations for digital channels. In addition, they develop wireframes for new page content that optimizes conversions.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
Makes the experience as simple and appealing as possible for end users to support a conversion focused digital experience.
Collects and analyzes usage data, testing various components of the user experience, understanding and assessing the expected behavior of end users.
Works in close relationship with the whole Web, eCommerce and Digital team to create attractive and highlyfunctional user interfaces for the customers, through the digital channels.
Facilitates website optimization by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
Designs and delivers wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces supporting the commercial priorities and local needs.
Takes a user-centered design approach and rapidly tests and iterates designs.
Collaborates and provides input to global and local stakeholders, in order to improve the front-end experience as upstream as possible.
YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
4 years relevant UX experience
Experience with wireframing tools (SYSML, UML, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree in related field
