JOB SUMMARY   The Web Designer I position requires creative and clean responsive web design utilizing the latest web and email design trends. Key deliverables include: proposal mock-ups, PSD, and HTML files, as well as video production. Proficiency in Adobe software and email template designs. Knowledge and usage of Adobe Experience Manager a plus. Qualifications include: modern and creative design with the ability to work within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment. <?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />




       Create and edit html email campaigns, graphics, banners, landing pages, and web sites

       Design user interfaces and comp designs (preferably in Photoshop)

       Focus on user experience (UX) to maximize usability in all designs, mock-ups and comps

       Create user interfaces, using front-end code in HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript to interface with backend

       Ability is use CSS techniques and video production

       Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to edit/create pages

       Perform usability tests on interface design to ensure cross-browser compatibility

       Provide design guidance on projects, make recommendations for improvements

       Work with web developers to apply style and user interface design to web applications

       Administer quality assurance (QA) reviews where applicable

       Perform other duties as assigned.

       Regular attendance in accordance with schedule.

       Associates (or equivalent) degree in web design, multimedia, graphic arts or related field

       Minimum 3+ years professional experience

       Delivery of online portfolio upon application submittal

       Design test required during interview process

       Understanding of browsers capabilities and design constraints on the Web

       Intermediate experience with HTML, CSS, and JQuery

       Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), a plus

       Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator)

       Experience with analytical tools such as Omniture and Google

       Intermediate experience with professional software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

       Experience in mobile application design and usability, a plus

       Follows trends and developments in web design and integrate into practice

       Self-directed, yet flexible team player with ability to work within multiple deadline environment

       Attention to detail, with strong QA and UAT abilities

       Reliable, dedicated work ethic
